Gartner recently announced its Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service in North America, and West* is thrilled to report that it has been positioned in the Leaders Quadrant for its ability to execute and completeness of vision.
Last year, Gartner positioned West in the Challengers Quadrant, and our placement this year points to the great progress the company has achieved over the last year.
Gartner calls West “a UCaaS pioneer relative to supporting larger UCaaS deployments of more than 1,000 employees. …Consider West as an experienced supplier, especially for midsize to larger UCaaS deployments, including those that may require integrated contact center functionality.”
Part of West’s success is its ability to help clients sort out the tough issues surrounding their network infrastructures and fully embrace UC. West’s value lies at the intersection of networks, technology and applications.
We don’t force clients to select just one vendor’s applications. We offer our own VoiceMaxx architecture, but also VoiceMaxx CE, a suite of service packages based on the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS); and MediaCloud®, an architecture for large-scale enterprise deployments of Microsoft Lync UC technologies.
