October 28, 2009 @ 11:25 AM | By Cambria Vaccaro

VoiceConsf2009final Enterprises are showing strong interest in deploying Unified Communications (UC) solutions because of their next generation collaboration features, enhanced voice capabilities, promise of reduced cost and improved workflow. In short, UC integrates real-time and non-real-time communications, like IM, telephony, conferencing and more, across multiple communication devices in a single unified interface.

To help companies better understand, implement and embrace UC solutions, InterCall currently offers:

  • Audio federation with Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 and OCS R2
  • Assessment and design
  • Pilot program management
  • Deployment assistance
  • Adoption and training
  • Hosted Live Meeting
  • Microsoft Online Services, also known as Business Productivity Online Suite or “BPOS”

Find Your Conferencing and Collaboration Solutions on InterCall.com
October 16, 2009 @ 04:07 PM | By Cambria Vaccaro

InterCall.com is constantly evolving. Thanks to our hard working marketing team, minor updates are made almost daily, while more major launches happen monthly and quarterly.

Guidedsellingtool Last quarter, in an effort to better understand our website users and learn more about what conferencing and collaboration solutions they are looking for, we randomly surveyed some of our visitors. A big thank you to all who participated and took the time to submit feedback. It was a critical factor in determining what improvements we needed to make. Two of the biggest takeaways were a desire for:

1. Improved ease and speed of finding product support and information

2. Assistance in narrowing down our product suite to find the best solution

As a result of our research, we have two new features that we hope will greatly improve your user experience. Check them out:

Search - Find what you need FASTER!

You can now search content on InterCall.com. This feature will help you easily locate content, plugins and documents more quickly while also giving our team an opportunity to learn more about what you are looking for so that we can continue to make improvements over time. Note: you won’t see this feature while you are on the blog.

Interactive Product Selector - Narrow our offerings

After many sales and customer interviews, we identified the top three to four questions to help you narrow down your audio, web and video conferencing needs. Using this information, we have developed a guided tool that takes an interactive approach to browsing for conferencing solutions. To find the new interactive conferencing product selector, just select 'Help me choose' on the InterCall homepage. Simply answer a few questions about what you’re looking for and we’ll provide a possible solution. You even have the option of requesting more information from one of our expert meeting consultants. It’s quick, it’s easy and takes less than a minute--so give it a try and let us know what you think!

Again, thank you to everyone, especially our customers, who helped us along in this process. And keep an eye out for a major site update in in early 2010!
